OUR EDITORIAL STANDARDS
MyDubaiHome brings together sourced UAE news and property context. Max helps readers explore their own plans. Reading does not require contact details. Requests to an advisor require a separate choice and consent.
A Fast News Item records a dated announcement and its source. Important, developing topics can become a Reference Story on the same permanent URL. Updates and corrections remain visible. A new source without a material change does not refresh the publication date.
CONFIRMED records an established statement with a primary source or reviewed evidence. REPORTED attributes a claim. DISPUTED identifies conflicting accounts. UNCERTAIN marks an unanswered question. CORRECTED preserves the history of a rectification. An official forecast is confirmed as a forecast, never as a realised outcome.
Buyer, investor and resident sections contain editorial interpretation and due-diligence questions. They do not establish an available listing, an appraisal or a guaranteed return. Financial and legal decisions require current evidence and appropriate professional advice.
The source date belongs to the source. The page publication date records our first publication. Last material update changes only when the substance changes. Times on MyDubaiHome are displayed in Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4).
Images from the MyDubaiHome collection illustrate the place. They are not offered properties, evidence of availability or project renderings unless explicitly identified.
Every story includes a correction history. To report an error, use the request form and include the permanent story URL, the fact concerned and a source.
The opening edition is a curated source-backed selection. Selected official UAE sources are collected automatically through MediaSource, qualified by the UAE Stack and stored in WeySea. Independent publisher RSS titles are collected separately, checked for UAE relevance and sponsored labels, and shown with their original dates and direct links. They are never promoted into official-source articles or supplemented with an invented article body. Each automatic brief attributes the originating announcement; it is not independent confirmation of its claims. Max retrieves the locally published source records and their dates. Coverage is limited to qualified sources; it has no live property catalogue or automated valuation.
